Night hikes climb into the mountains above Jezersko under open sky. A local guide leads trips along mysterious forest paths for up to three hours. Guided forest bathing sessions last over two hours, focused on mindfulness and sensory stillness. Forest yoga runs for ninety minutes on the hotel grounds.

Cycling routes loop through the Alpine valley on well-kept paths, crossing wooden bridges with mountain views. Bikes are free for direct-booking guests. In the Sanctuary wine room, tastings explore all nine Slovenian wine regions in dedicated one-to-two-hour sessions. Sip & Savor sessions cover whiskeys, teas, and local spirits.

The Master Chef builds each dish around organic ingredients from the Jezersko valley and the hotel's own indigenous garden. The kitchen favours simplicity: pure flavours, clean presentations, few distractions from the ingredient itself. Produce grows steps from the kitchen door, without artificial fertilisers or crop protection products.

The Sanctuary wine room stores fine bottles from all nine Slovenian wine-growing regions, including vintages from the Slovenian minority across the border. Archival and extremely rare bottles fill the climate-controlled shelves. Two in-house sommeliers guide tastings that map Slovenia's full viticultural range. Outside guests are welcome with a reservation.
