Ancient stone sheepfolds form the bones of Mas de la Rose. Twelve rooms open onto 20 hectares of olive trees, wild flowers, and Mediterranean light along the Route d'Eygalières in Orgon. Floors are laid with ancient tiles. Walls are thick, cool, and centuries old. The Alpilles rise just beyond the park, their limestone ridges pale against a Provençal sky.
Everything here grows from the land. The kitchen garden supplies Le Potager du Mas, where chef Fabien Taguemount cooks what the soil and season offer that morning. Named producers across the Alpilles and Luberon complete each plate. This is the simple luxury of Provence, a gourmet interlude, sincere and deeply rooted in place. The estate feels private, unhurried, and alive with the scent of rosemary and warm stone.
